enowX Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates a software distribution and licensing platform from Semarang, Indonesia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with our practices, please discontinue use of our Services.

Account Data. When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in through a third-party provider (Google, GitHub, or Discord), we receive your profile information as authorized by that provider.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, including pages visited, features used, license activations, download history, and timestamps of activity.

Device Information. When you activate a software license, we collect a hardware identifier (HWID) derived from your device's hardware configuration. This identifier is used solely for license binding and activation verification. We also collect your operating system version, browser type, and IP address.

Payment Data.All payment processing is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers or bank account details. Paddle provides us with transaction records, billing addresses, and payment confirmation data. Paddle's handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy.

Communications Data. If you contact us through email or participate in our Discord community, we retain the content of those communications to provide support and improve our Services.

We process your personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving our Services, including account management, license activation, and software delivery.
• Verifying license validity through HWID binding and heartbeat checks to prevent unauthorized use.
• Processing transactions and sending transaction-related communications such as purchase confirmations and renewal notices.
• Responding to your support requests, comments, and questions.
• Sending service-related announcements, such as security alerts, product updates, and changes to our policies.
• Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent transactions, license abuse, and other illegal activities.
• Analyzing usage patterns to improve our platform, fix bugs, and develop new features.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:

Paddle. As our merchant of record, Paddle processes all payment transactions on our behalf. They receive the information necessary to complete purchases, handle refunds, and manage subscriptions.

Discord. If you link your enowX Labs account to Discord for community features or license verification, we share your account status and license information with Discord through their API as needed to provide those features.

Infrastructure Providers. Our Services run on dedicated hosting infrastructure. These providers may process data as part of delivering their services to us, subject to strict data processing agreements.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Our licensing system uses hardware identification (HWID) to bind software licenses to specific devices. We want to be transparent about what this involves.

When you activate a license, our software generates a unique identifier based on a combination of your device's hardware attributes (such as CPU identifier, motherboard serial number, and disk volume information). This composite identifier is hashed before transmission, meaning we never receive raw hardware serial numbers.

The resulting HWID is stored alongside your license record and used exclusively for activation verification. It cannot be used to identify you personally or to track your device across other services. If you replace significant hardware components, you may need to request a license reset through our support team.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how our Services are used. Specifically:

Essential Cookies. Required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Analytics. We collect anonymized usage data to understand traffic patterns and improve our Services. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not participate in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising networks.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.

License activation records (including HWID data) are retained for the duration of the license term plus 90 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access. Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion. Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability. Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection. Object to certain types of processing, including processing for direct marketing.
• Restriction. Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.

enowX Labs is based in Indonesia. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

When we transfer personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements with our service providers that incorporate standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at privacy@enowxlabs.com and we will promptly delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send a notification to the email address associated with your account.
