Refund Policy

Overview
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase from enowX Labs. If our software doesn't meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.
All purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your purchase was made within the last 14 calendar days.
- The software has not been extensively used. We define "extensive use" as activating the license on more than one device, or using the software for more than 7 days after activation.
- You have not previously received a refund for the same product.
Refund requests that fall outside these conditions may still be considered on a case-by-case basis. We try to be fair, and if you're experiencing a genuine issue with our software, we want to hear about it.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@enowxlabs.com with the following information:
- Your order ID or transaction reference (found in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle).
- The email address associated with your enowX Labs account.
- A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
We review all refund requests manually. You will receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days of submitting your request.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
Upon refund approval, your license key will be deactivated and the associated software will no longer function. If you had activated the software, you should uninstall it from your device.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after renewal. Once a subscription has automatically renewed, the renewal charge is non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Free software. Products obtained at no cost are not eligible for refund claims.
- Multi-device activated licenses. Licenses that have been activated on more than one device are considered extensively used and are not eligible for a refund.
- Purchases older than 14 days. Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after the original purchase date will generally be declined.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@enowxlabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, you will retain full access to the software until your current billing period expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you will need to purchase a new subscription at the then-current price.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us at support@enowxlabs.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and revocation of all associated licenses. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested, and we reserve the right to pursue recovery of any losses incurred.
