Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by enowX Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), a software company based in Semarang, Indonesia.

By creating an account, downloading our software, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password, or through a supported OAuth provider (Google, GitHub, or Discord).

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Email verification is required before your account becomes fully active. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at legal@enowxlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent license restrictions, abuse free tiers, or evade enforcement actions is prohibited.

Software distributed through our platform is licensed, not sold. When you obtain software from enowX Labs, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use that software subject to these Terms and any additional license terms specified on the product page.

License Types. We offer three categories of licenses:

• Free Licenses. Granted at no cost, subject to the usage limitations described on the product page. Free licenses may be feature-limited or time-limited.
• One-Time Licenses. Purchased with a single payment, granting perpetual access to the version available at the time of purchase. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.
• Subscription Licenses. Purchased on a recurring basis (monthly or annual), granting access to the software for the duration of the active subscription, including all updates released during that period.

HWID Binding.Licenses are bound to specific hardware through our hardware identification (HWID) system. Upon activation, your license key is associated with a unique identifier derived from your device's hardware configuration. Each license permits activation on the number of devices specified on the product page (typically one, unless stated otherwise).

Non-Transferability. License keys are non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, share, or otherwise transfer your license key to another person or entity. Licenses are tied to the account that purchased them.

License Resets. If you replace hardware components that affect your HWID, you may request a license reset through our support team. Reset requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and excessive reset requests may be denied.

Subject to these Terms, you may use our software for personal or commercial purposes as specified by the license type you hold. The specific scope of permitted use (personal only, commercial permitted, team use, etc.) is defined on each product's page.

You agree that you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software obtained through our Services.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our software, except where expressly permitted by the license terms or applicable law.
• Redistribute, sublicense, lease, or make our software available to third parties, whether for free or for a fee.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on our software.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and license revocation:

• Cracking, patching, or otherwise tampering with our software or its licensing mechanisms.
• Sharing, publishing, or distributing license keys, whether publicly or privately.
• Circumventing, spoofing, or manipulating HWID checks or any other license validation process.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Using our Services to distribute malware, engage in phishing, or conduct any illegal activity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our Services.

All paid transactions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our merchant of record. When you make a purchase, you are transacting directly with Paddle, which handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance on our behalf.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location. The final price, including any taxes, is shown before you confirm your purchase.

For subscription licenses, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions. We encourage you to review those documents.

All software, content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property available through our Services are owned by enowX Labs or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

The license granted to you is limited to the right to use the software as described in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by enowX Labs.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

OUR SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use our Services at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENOWX LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke any associated licenses, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: sharing license keys, circumventing HWID checks, reverse engineering our software, or engaging in any prohibited conduct described in Section 5.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services and any associated software ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Semarang, Indonesia.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our platform or via email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our Services and may request account deletion.
